Shipping and Return Policy for Sincere Farewells

By purchasing products from our website, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

Shipping Policy
We strive to process and ship orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review the following information regarding our shipping practices:
1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping methods:
• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3 business days.
• Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-2 business days.
• Premium Shipping: Next-day or two-day delivery (available for certain locations and orders).
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the product(s) ordered. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed, particularly during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances like weather delays or carrier issues.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order is placed, it will typically be processed within 1-2 business days. Custom or personalized products may require additional time for production.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the selected shipping method. You will be able to review and confirm the total shipping cost before completing your purchase.
4. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the continental United States. Free shipping promotions apply to eligible items only, and the offer may not be combined with other promotions.
5. International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment. If you have any issues with tracking, please contact us for assistance.
7. Damaged or Lost Items
If your order is damaged during shipping, or if it does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us immediately at (877) 595-9680. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review the following return and exchange policies:
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
• Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 2 days from the date of delivery via email (Contact@SincereFarewells.com)
• Condition: The product must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. For caskets and urns, if the product has been used or personalized, it is non-returnable.
• Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
• Personalized or Custom Items: Any caskets or urns that have been customized or personalized according to your specifications.
• Final Sale Items: Items marked as “final sale” or “clearance.”
• Used or Opened Products: Items that have been used or opened, including those that have been damaged after delivery.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
• Contact Us: Email us at Contact@SincereFarewells.com within 2 days of delivery/receiving your order (See "Forms" tab on our website for the Return Merchandise Form). Download the RMF, fill out details fully such as your name, order number, details, photos and reason for return.
• Return Authorization: If your return is approved, we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or defective prior to delivery. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your return and verify the condition of the item(s), we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically process within 5-10 business days, but the exact time depends on your payment provider.
• Restocking Fees: A restocking fee of 25% may apply to certain returned items, particularly if the product was opened or used.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or damaged during shipping.
5. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item. We do not offer direct exchanges, and all returns must be processed first.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at Contact@SincereFarewells.com. We will resolve the issue by providing a replacement or issuing a refund, including shipping costs. Please retain all packaging materials and take photos of the damage for our records.
7. Refund Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued for the following:
• Products not returned in original condition (i.e., used, damaged, or without original packaging).
• Products that fall outside the return window (after 2 days from delivery/receiving your order).
Exemptions for Certain Products
Due to the nature of certain items, such as caskets and urns, we do not accept returns or exchanges once these items have been delivered and used, unless they are defective or damaged during transit. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and dignity of these products, given their specific use.
